Christopher Robert Evans (born June 13th, 1981) was an American actor. He began his career in acting by appearing in television shows like Opposite Sexual. Following his appearance in a variety of teen movies, including Not Another Teen Movie in 2001, he became known for his portrayal of the Marvel Comics The Human Torch character. Human Torch. Evans played in various films that were adapted from graphic novels and comics, like TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) and Snowpiercer (2013). He gained wider recognition for his performance as Steve Rogers / Captain America in several Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) as well as Captain America: Civil War and the group films The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019).
